The Pawnee City Community Foundation (PCCF) is offering a development subsidy to help buyers maintain affordable payments. The $50,000 subsidy offered will be in the form of a 0%, 0 payment loan for as long as you own and live in the home. Please inquire for additional details.

The Pawnee City Community Foundation (PCCF) was awarded $640,000 from the Nebraska Department of Economic Development (NDED) to establish a new construction program within City Limits. This program will build three new single-family homes that will be available to purchase by income-qualified buyers who are at or below 120% of the area median income for Pawnee County (based on family size).
